CAMPING VILLAGE

Costa Verde is a small structure of 16,000 square meters located between Tropea and Capo Vaticano, just in front of the Stromboli Volcano and the Aeolian Islands and directly on a white beach of its own, with reefs and dry fishes. The whole area is known and renowned for its particularly mild climate even in the months of July and August, due to its crystal-clear and still uncontaminated sea (several times the blue Goletta Verde flag – Lega Ambiente), for the tranquility and quietness allowed by the meticulous attention to This is provided by the Village Costa Verde Camping Management in relation to its activities and the remoteness of railways, airports, roads and residential areas. In the low season the rains are very low and the temperature is among the highest in Italy, while the sea water reaches 24-25 degrees in November. The part intended for camping is divided into fully shaded crew seats of about 30 square meters, equipped with an electrical socket according to CEI regulations of 2 amps. The camping village was built with all the necessary measures to ensure, in relation to their activities of animation, the tranquility of the guests within the complex itself. In severe cases, the called person is informed directly by the staff. Access to the beach for people and small boats, under normal sea and beach conditions, is facilitated by practical concrete slides, while a compressor allows inflating dinghies.

 

 

HOUSING UNITS

 

Located within the complex, they are at a distance of 20 to 60 meters from the beach. They are made entirely of WALL-MOUNTED, tiled and finished with double-coverage floors that make them cool even on the hottest days: they are called “A” and “B” type Bungalows, one-bedroom apartments and cottages. They always have hot water that is dispensed with immedi- ate and at a controlled temperature at the most usual times.

 

 

MONO-LOCAL (terraced)

 

 

Type “A” – They are terraced and composed of a double room, bathroom with hot water, terrace

covered with kitchenette, dining area, fridge, essential kitchenware for four people and bed linen changed weekly on Monday. They are furnished with a double bed, a bunk bed in a special sheltered space, small wardrobe, coat rack and chest of drawers. They are designed for up to 4 people.

 

Type “B” – same but more modern, refined and spacious.

 

 

BI-LOCAL (terraced)

 

 

They are terraced and composed of two rooms divided by a shutter door: one with double bed, bathroom, chest of drawers, wardrobe with mirror and the other with a bunk bed in a special recess wall, sofa bed (fifth place), chest of drawers and door – suitcase, covered porch with kitchenette and dining area, fridge, essential crockery and bed linen changed weekly on Monday. They are designed for up to 5 people.

 

 

 

 

COTTAGES

 

They consist of a living room with two beds, a hallway with a fifth bed for a child, a bathroom, a flower bed, a spacious veranda with a dining / cooking corner, a double bedroom with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a mirror on the first floor with a terrace . Fridge, essential crockery and bed linen up to 5 people with change on Monday.

 

 

“VILLAGE” AND “RESIDENCE” FORMULAS: the rates are weekly and refer to all the people that make up the group or the family. They are intended as ‘all-inclusive’ for periods from Saturday to Saturday (from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival to 10.00 am on the day of departure) including gas, water, electricity, bed linen changed weekly on Monday, essential crockery and cleaning on departure, both in the “Formula Residence” (only rented) and “Formula Village” (half board and breakfast at the bar with the possibility of supplement for full board).

 

 

 

CAMPING: For customers passing through or for bookings outside the month of August the rates are daily and can run from any day without minimum stay requirement. Reservations for the month of August are made exclusively for a monthly or three-weekly forfait.

 

 

ENTERTAINMENT: the animation includes recreational and recreational activities and baby-club for both camping and village users but does not require the payment of any club card.

 

 

CARS: for the first car can be chosen a free shaded parking inside 300 meters. or a paid place closer to the bungalow or the pitch (see “Camping Price List” and “Special Rules”). To a possible second car belonging to the same group is assigned a place however paid but compulsorily in the parking lot above 300 meters.

 

 

 

RESERVATIONS and PRIVACY

 

 

The reservation and the request for information expressly require the authorization to process personal data according to the law 175/96 for the permitted uses and for the legitimate needs of courtesy and information to the clientele. The data are used exclusively in the interest of the Customers themselves for the obligatory legal obligations, for sending information material, rates and best wishes. The person responsible for the treatment is Mr. Pier Giorgio Terzuolo who can be requested at any time the immediate cancellation of data held by the Costa Verde camping village. The reservation requires the knowledge and approval of these rules and conditions and of what is stated in the official price list and in particular: the unconditional acceptance of the “Rates” for the current year, the “Booking Conditions”, the “Rules” Details “, of the” Booking Confirmation “, of the” Conditions of Contract “and” Caparra “above or below and on the booking form.As no options are issued, before sending the deposit please make sure by phone about effective availability of the desired accommodation at that time.Restions or cancellation cases are governed by paragraphs f) and g) of the “PARTICULAR RULES”.

DEPOSIT

 

The deposit can be sent by postal order, bank check, recharge on Postapay, by credit card (in the latter case fill in completely and sign the appropriate section of the “Booking Form” as authorization to the charge indicating the number and expiration of the credit card): payments made with Postepay or credit cards are absolutely safe and to be preferred because, in the periods of greater demand and consequent lower availability, make overbooking difficult or the overlap of two or more reservations for the same arrangement and for the same period.

 

 

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

 

 

After the actual receipt of the deposit, the “Booking Confirmation” is sent as a valid contract. On the “confirmation”, the data reported by the customer in the “Reservation Form” can be corrected in the event of an error in the compilation or discrepancy with the previous telephone agreements and / or with the official conditions. In this case, nothing is received by telegraph, by fax or e-mail within 7 (seven) days following the date of dispatch of the confirmation (or 12 (twelve) hours for any “Last-minute” bookings)

CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING “VILLAGE” –  “RESIDENCE”

 

RESERVATIONS VILLAGE, subject to certifiable verification of the availability </ u> </ em>, ARE MADE BY SENDING THE “FORM OF RESERVATION” SIGNED AND COMPILED WITH THE AMOUNTS TO CALCULATE ON THE BASIS OF “VILLAGE” OR PRICE LIST “RESIDENCE” OR AS A QUOTE RECEIVED UNITALLY AT THE CONFIRMATORY CAPE AT 30% OF THE AMOUNT OF STAY. THE REMAINING MUST BE WELDED AT THE TIME OF THE ARRIVAL FOR THE DELIVERY OF LOCAL KEYS AND THE CAR PLACE TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITION OF PERSONAL DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF LAW.

PARTICULAR RULES

Dogs are not allowed in July and August.

 

 

During the whole period of opening of the Village-Camping, visitors and guests (whether they are relatives and friends or acquaintances and neighbors) are not allowed; the sedentary campsite (ie the stay of tents, caravans and campers for periods longer than 30 days with or without persons); the storage and custody of luggage, tents or caravans that can not be left uninhabited.

 

 

The hours of silence are between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm and between 11.30 pm and 8.00 am. During these times, any annoying noise, noise or noise must be avoided (radio, TV, motors, bicycles, tables, games, children, badly functioning or noisy equipment, etc.).

 

 

The entry or exit of vehicles from the bottom of the Village-Camping (white / green bar), are not allowed during silent hours.

During these times it is possible to enter and exit the car but only from the free upper parking (at 300 meters and outside the white / red bar).

 

 

The meeting rooms and the bar are open continuously from 8.00 am to 1.00 am. These times can be reduced in the low season.

 

 

Meals, when included in the “Village Formula”, are served from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm and from 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm. They can be eaten on the terrace dehors by the sea or, for take-away, also in the residential units.

 

 

Drinks are not included but are counted at the normal price of the market or bar.

 

 

In the case of renting a studio, two-room or cottage inclusive of meals (Formula Village), these can be consumed either for lunch or dinner.The meal not consumed one day, can be recovered freely in the following days. -breakfast are personal and non-transferable.

 

 

The internal mini-market is well stocked and is available to guests only. It works continuously from 8.00 to 1.00 with prices not higher than those applied in the neighboring countries. The presence of the internal market is very useful and convenient, but for its good functioning and to ensure its regular and constant supply, it is highly recommended to use it regularly and regularly. The weekly change of linen is made on Monday after the return of the used one and is included in the rental rates.

Both in the “Residence” and in the “Village” formula the daily cleaning of the housing units is not foreseen.

 

 

CONTRACT CONDITIONS

 

 

Reservations are made exclusively by means of the “Reservation Form” duly completed and signed.

 

 

Our confirmation of the exact official conditions of tariff and regulation will follow, valid for all purposes for the purposes of accommodation, the available period, the count, the exact amount of the amount due and the same stay in the Costa Verde camping village.

 

 

The reservation can not be changed neither as a period nor as a number of people.

 

 

The reserved place remains available to the Client for 24 hours from the beginning of the booked stay (see “SELECT ACCOMMODATION”) on the booking form. Failure to arrive and failure to work within this period, if not validly reported promptly, is intended as voluntary renunciation for which the following paragraph f) is applied.

 

 

Upon arrival, the Customer must present himself at the reception for the legal registration, for the assignment of the accommodation and for the balance of the stay.

 

 

Fulfilled by the formalities referred to in paragraph e), if the Village-Camping or the accommodation assigned for any reason are not to the Client’s liking, the latter has until 10 am (ten) of the day following the beginning of the booked stay, resulting on the “Booking Confirmation”, to communicate its renunciation to the Management and to leave the assigned accommodation free with the simultaneous return of the keys (in case of housing units) or release of the pitch and the parking space (in case of camping). Exclusively with renunciation made under the above conditions, and after checking the integrity of the equipment and the status of the released accommodation, of the advance balance (in the case of forfait camping bookings in the month of August) and / or of the balance made on arrival (reservation of the housing unit), to the customer, of the total amount paid, the part exceeding the deposit will be refunded (and in any case the corresponding amount in the case of early payments for camping bookings) without anything being due by the Customer for the first overnight stay possibly already used. Failure to release the accommodation assigned in the terms indicated above binds the Customer to the payment of the full amount of the contractually agreed stay cost that can be deduced from the “Booking Confirmation” without the right to any reimbursement.
In case of renunciation, cancellation or termination by the Customer for any and every reason of proven force majeure and received by the Direction of the Costa Verde camping village in the 30 days prior to the date

at the beginning of the booked stay, the amount corresponding to the confirmed deposit will be deducted and forfeited of any consequent expenses.

 

 

In no case will the management of the Costa Verde camping village remain committed to assigning the number of the housing unit or the reserved pitch. The management with absolute discretion reserves the full right to carry out and / or to change the allocation for its internal organizational or functional needs.

 

 

No guests or visitors are allowed at the Costa Verde camping village. The management, according to the law, denounces to the Authority of Public Safety any surprises, unregistered and / or undeclared, within the Camping Village automatically debiting, every 12 hours (or fraction) and without notice, the double of the camping rates (person / night and car / night) on the guest account who, in any case, IS IS SOLIDALLY RESPONSIBLE with the abusers present, attributable to it, even for damages, contraventions to the regulation, lost earnings or costs deriving from their presence and / or actions that may be necessary for their removal from the Costa Verde camping village.

 

 

Within the Housing Units and the pitches or in their respective appurtenances, persons who are not part of the nucleus to which the aforesaid accommodations have been assigned can not stay or be hosted, even temporarily.

 

 

To avoid unpleasant complaints, dogs are not allowed during the months of July and August. In the remaining months the dogs are admitted without any consideration due to them but must be kept on a leash. The owners must ensure that the presence of the animals does not cause damage or disturbance of any nature to the guests.

 

 

The signing of the “Booking Form” and the stay at the Costa Verde camping village expressly imply the knowledge and full acceptance of the aforementioned articles which, together with the operating rules indicated from time to time through the display of signs and notices, form an integral part of the Internal Regulations displayed in the direction and which, according to the law, regulates the stay in the village.

 

 

For any dispute the jurisdiction of Tropea (Vibo Valentia) is competent.
